SoonerCon 24 Exhibitors, Dealer, and Artists Alley space will be sold on a two step application process this year. Starting in November, Exhibitors can apply for space using the online registration form. Starting in January of 2015, approved Exhibitors will be notified via email of their acceptance, and be provided a special web link and code which will allow them to purchase the applied space.
Approvals will be prioritized by the following criteria:
- Returning Exhibitors
- Daily Participation (Exhibitors present all 3 days)
- Participating Panalists
- Order of Submission
- Exhibitor Hall Product Variety
There is no cost for applying, but upon acceptance full payment or alternative arrangements must be made within 30 days of the notification, or the space will be released to exhibitors on the wait list.
