 Room Party Information Minimize

As always, SoonerCon invites everyone and anyone to throw room parties.  There are some basic rules to help make sure everyone has a safe, fun time!

1. Please let the hotel know if you're planning on throwing a room party! This will help make sure the hotel places you in the appropriate area of the hotel, where you won't distrurb the hotel guests.

2. Register your room party with SoonerCon at the convention HQ.  This will enable us to make sure your room party is listed on the party board, and will also make sure you're entered in the room party contest (see below).

3. You are responsible for ensuring no underage drinking or illegal activities during your room party. If security becomes aware of either, the room party will be shut down.

4. Noise! We all want to have fun, but if your room party is loud, please shut the door!  Please respect the other hotel guests.

Please DO decorate, have fun, and celebrate another great year of fandom!  If you're a a group, club, convention, or business planning on throwing a room party, let us know in advance by emailing us, and we'll list your party on the SoonerCon website, so people can be planning for it at the convention!
